Chloe’s had its beginning in 1989 as a hobby of my Aunt Annie, baking for family, friends and neighbors in New Manila. It was the proverbial “small bakeshop with no name” but it was certainly big on quality. Today, Chloe’s has grown to a professionally run business with ties to PL Aguila Manufacturing Inc., manufacturers of beverages and meat products for the food service industry.
